Returns & Refunds policy

Cancellations must be communicated via email.

Refund conditions are as follows:

• Cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience: full refund

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the experience: no refund

• No-show: no refund

In the event of cancellation by the organizer due to force majeure (bad weather, partner unavailability, etc.), the following will be offered:

• a full refund or

• the experience will be rescheduled.
