2. Reservations
Reservations can be made directly through the website.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
completion of payment
receipt of the booking confirmation email.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information entered during the reservation.
3. Payments
Payments must be made at the time of booking using the methods available on the website.

include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated via email.
Refund conditions are as follows:
Cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience: full refund
Cancellation within 48 hours of the experience: no refund
No-show: no refund
In the event of cancellation by the organizer due to force majeure (bad weather, partner unavailability, etc.), the following will be offered:
a full refund or
the experience will be rescheduled.
5. Changes to Experiences
The organizer reserves the right to modify:

location
suppliers
when necessary to ensure the quality and safety of the experience.
Any changes will not affect the overall value of the experience.
6. Participation in Tours
Participants must

7. Liability

lost or damaged personal belongings

8. Consumption of Alcohol
During some experiences, the consumption of wine or other alcoholic beverages may be included.
Participants must be of legal age to consume alcohol according to Italian law.
Responsible consumption is recommended.
